How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

However pressing the activation of the account did not work first or second time. I needed to clear the cache and revisit the link at least three times from memory. I don't think it was my fault.
