it needs to be possible to extend, ie not have to set up the contract…

it needs to be possible to extend, ie not have to set up the contract again from scratch which is a real deterrent to renewal!

Thank you for your feedback for Eversure Breakdown Cover. The UK policy is annual and therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to add a few extra days to the contract as the expectation is that you will continue to own a car and require breakdown cover. Many thanks Ian Pollicott

Firstly, it's great to get a reply - thank you. However I didn't want to renew just for a few days, but for a whole year. But this isn't an annual policy, it's a one-year policy which can't be renewed - you have to start from scratch as if you are a completely new customer, putting in all your details all over again and so on. Your staff confirmed this and they clearly find it annoying too. Almost everyone else in business online makes renewal easy; you need to do this too if you want to keep your customers! My 'poor' rating referred to this renewal transaction, and my overall experience of Eversure Insurance is probably 'good' (though it's hard to know if you haven't made a claim).
