Thank you for your feedback for Eversure Camera Insurance. We are primarily an internet/digital based company, this enables us to keep our costs to a minimum and provide great value insurance. The documents are always available in our portal and, as they are .pdf documents, you can also save a copy to your computer, external hard drive or any similar device with memory. Printed copies no longer really serve a purpose and put pressure on the environment. We do not disagree with you on the monthly option and we are looking at ways to offer this. We're sorry to hear your views on our customer service, most people congratulate us on this and you will see plenty of compliments on feefo.
