Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your kind feedback and for renewing your Eversure Camera Insurance. We have received one or two similar comments in the last few months and when we carry out our next review we will consider whether we can make any changes to our excess amounts. If we were to reduce the excess amounts, the chances are we would then need to increase our premiums. Understandably we want to remain competitive and offer great value, but we also want to consider the demands of our customers and it is important that we find a balance.
