Let me down and no attempt to attone
I was let down at the last minute and only offered a more expensive product. You could have offered a discount on the more expensive product to compensate for reneging on the order you accepted.

very poor was advised product had been delivered on 23 August but it didn't arrive until 31st August after we had to make 3 telephone calls to find it
