Thank you for your comments. We were concerned to hear about the issue with the swimming pool and wonder if you mentioned this to reception at the time, as it may be possible that this was an isolated incident that could have been resolved?
With regard to the other issue, this is sadly common in many resorts across the Alps and is something that we can certainly appreciate. Hopefully the abundance of snow this winter went some way to alleviating the problem.
