Please remember to remove security tags before posting out!!

I have not had a chance to get in touch direct with Equine Essential but the show shirt was bought for my Christmas and unfortunately still has the security tag attached to it.

We are very sorry that the security tag was left on your product - it was purely a mistake on our behalf due to the Xmas rushing around (not an excuse but this was the reason).

I think we have now managed to talk to you and agree to collect the shirt and send back out to you - if you are not successful in getting the tag off.
