Delivery costs should be clearly stated up front

Service was fine, delivery costs should be clearly stated up front, do they not know this information. Delivery costs are extortionate in any event..

Hi - Thanks for your feedback. We will look at how we can display our delivery options and costs more clearly on our website.

We are committed to only offering quality delivery options to our customers but unfortunately they do not always come cheap. We will look at whether we can offer Royal Mail delivery options to Northern Ireland as we do with the rest of the UK.

Please be aware that the cost of the delivery options that we offer is what we are charged by the carriers themselves, we do not keep any of the total charged.
