Hi Emma, thank you for leaving your feedback regarding the team shop order that you placed. We appreciate that customers like yourselves would like the time taken for this kind of order to be reduced, but we have it set that all team shop items whether they have customised initials/numbers or not all go on an estimated 10 working day timeframe. In terms of updates, you should have been sent an email regarding the estimated delivery date, so if you didn't receive that please don't hesitate to get in touch with us using the contact form so we can look into that for you. We really do appreciate all the feedback, the positives and the suggestions for improvement as everything helps us to be able to offer the best service we know we can.

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the inconvenience incurred with your order. We sincerely apologise for any frustration, as explained in our email exchange the cost of shipping with DHL is based on the weight and volume of the parcel which can't be measured until the order is placed and then packed and ready to ship. So we currently use the estimated costs we are given by the courier as the costs you would have seen at checkout. We once again apologise for the inconvenience and we are always trying to develop and streamline the customer experience.
