Hi, thank you for taking the time to give us such great feedback, we are always looking for ways to improve our service. I'm sorry that you found your bill to be expensive, all of our dive packages are priced to be competitive with the other dive centres in Port Ghalib, unfortunately, we are subject to slightly higher costs in this area compared with other places in Egypt such as Hurghada. We do however believe that we offer the best diving experience for the price, with impeccable safety records and this along with the great service and lunch offered on the boats means that we feel that our diving is fairly priced. I notice from our records that you booked your diving in resort, you may wish to keep an eye on our future newsletters as Emperor often advertise great diving deals and pre-booking your diving will generally work out cheaper than booking in resort. I will, however pass on all of your comments to the dive centre manager and should you feel that you would like to expand on the comments made in your review you may email him directly at manager.ghalib@emperor.com and he will be happy to answer any further questions that you might have.
