Marsa Alam : Great service, top guides and although we were using the day-boat offer the dive spots were nice. We managed to spot a Sea Ghost for the first time !

Hi, thank you for your 5* review, it's great to hear that you had a good time on our day boats. Our local dive sites offer an eclectic mix of marine live from Turtles and Dugongs to Shrimps an Nudibranch. I am however very jealous of your Sea Ghost spotting (still on my wish list!). We hope to see you soon in our Marsa dive centre :)
I had grate time Emperor Leo ,another awesome experience, Nurse Shark love it so many just Amaizing,Manta Ray cleaning station 13 Mantas in the same time wow😁.
Overall boat was grate, Amaizing...
I was happy with the expertise of the crew and guides. I was unhappy though that the free WiFi that was offered was taken up by the crew so that none of the passengers could use it

Hi Allan, thank you for the feedback, we are always happy to receive comments that will help improve our service. It's great that you enjoyed diving with us and I will pass on your comments to the crew and guides. With regard to the WiFi unfortunately, the dongles that we are currently using only allow for around 6 people to log on at once which can cause a problem, most of our team use their own data but if more than 6 people are logged on it will not allow more users. Our manager, Seamus is currently looking into this for you and we hope to have a solution soon that will allow for many more people to log on. So check this out when you come back to visit us :).

I'm sorry that you found the diving to be too expensive, I notice from your booking that you booked your diving in resort, unfortunately when diving is booked in resort it is subject to a local resort tax. If you return to Marsa Alam, or indeed any Emperor dive centre, I would recommend pre-booking the diving on our website as this works out cheaper. In addition to this, you can sign up to our newsletter which often gives info on some great offers that are available throughout the year.
We have a number of fantastic dive sites in Marsa Alam that offer something for everyone, from Dugongs and Dolphins to Nudibranch and Shrimps, unfortunately, the sites, the marine life and our special trips are all affected by the weather conditions, although our guides can always find something interesting that come out in the soup!!
