Vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Wir sind sehr froh, dass ihr im allgemeinen eine super Safari hattest. Aber auch etwas enttäuscht, dass ihr nicht die Betten vorgefunden habt, die man erwartet. Wir haben deine Feedback ernst genommen und habe die Matratzen und Bezüge sofort ausgetauscht. Wir haben unsere Crew einer erneuten Schulung unterzogen und sie angewiesen das Management sofort zu informieren, wenn irgendwelche Einrichtung ausgetauscht gehört. Wir entschuldigen uns hiermit bei euch! Nochmal vielen Dank für dein Feedback und wir freuen uns euch wieder einmal auf einem unserer Schiffe begrüssen zu dürfen.
