Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased you found the food, Divemaster and equipment OK but of course am very sorry you felt there were hidden costs and your day’s diving was not well organised. We try to make all our costs as clear as possible and they are listed on the sign up sheet. The Environment and Marine Park fees are standard for all dive bases. I’ll review this with our reception staff to ensure they highlight the fees. Unfortunately our main boat was in dry dock at the time of your visit and I apologise if the organisation on the replacement vessel was not to our usual high standard. At the time no report was made about the boat hitting the reef but I’ll raise this with the skipper to ensure he is using the correct procedures and should this not be the case we will not use this boat again. Thank you again for taking the time to give us your feedback.
