Firstly, thanks for the detailed and positive review. I am very pleased you had a good experience with us and really appreciate you sharing your feedback on Feefo. I have passed on your comments to all the people you’ve mentioned such as the chef, guides and the crew. I have looked into the possibility of your suggestion to stay an extra night in Deadalus; we will try this for a week and see if it works for everyone as we still want the chance for guests to see dolphins or dugongs in Marsa. I am sorry that you found Elphinstone a bit overcrowded with day and safari boats. It is such a popular dive site and everybody wants to see this reef; next time you should have more luck. I will discuss the air-con with the staff as you are quite right, we don’t need the light or air-con on full power when you are not in the cabin and thus can save on fuel. Many thanks for pointing this out and I hope your friends are now better.

A really enjoyable experience for my first ever diving trip! The Open Water course was very good, instructor (Mostafa) was thorough and helpful and also made the whole experience fun! I then went on to do a further 6 days diving with Emperor. The crew on the boats (especially Pegasus!!) were fantastic - food great (much better than the hotel!!!) and all crew members were helpful and very friendly. Equipment was of a very good quality and the whole team and system seemed very organised. We had a great diving trip. Thanks!
