Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback Richard. We are extremely sorry that you have had some issues with your purchase. We use third party couriers and although we ship orders on a next day delivery, this isn't guaranteed. We are disappointed that we were not able to send you out like for like replacement units due to stock availability. We do state that refunds can take up to 20 working days to reach your account which is in line with with the terms and conditions of the banking institution. Our team have confirmed your refund was processed yesterday. Once again, we are extremely sorry that we have left you disappointed with our service level. We take pride in our customer support and we will investigate this internally to see if there was anything we could have done better to further improve our service or that of the 3rd party delivery services we use.
