We are sorry that there was cause for concern and worry upon the agent making contact with you, but as you are now aware our agents are highly professional and offer a wonderful service. It's common for the telesales agents to use alias names as some names can be more difficult to pronounce, alias names therefore make it easier for both agents and clients.
