It was easy to rent the car and I was glad to be able to swith the car into one with automatic gears at the airport as well.

Read above. disappointing
Poor. the whole process of booking flights was not clear to someone who does not frequently fly.
then to have the price of the flight go up just as i was to make a payment...so no deal!!!!!!!!!!
