Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I am assuming that only people that successfully get a loan receive these invitations for feedback. In this case isnt he feedback completely biassed? Try asking the people that did not get a loan how they rate the products and services. That would give you a more balanced view.
