There seems to be a fault in the first sentence of your second paragraph. I applied for an increase expecting that the representative would have the information that I had the special offer outstanding. I did not realize that it was my responsibility to point out I has received the offer. In this age of computerization the fact that your marketing system is not interfaced with your customer service system is odd. Not one of your representatives spoke of the actual loan amount until the papers were signed. I acknowledge that I didn't do my due diligence on the paperwork but the information on what was on the contract was not given before hand. I also find it odd that in circumstances such as these where there was confusion on both sides that your company does not have a policy on adjusting loans. I can understand not being able to lower them but I don't understand how having me borrow additional funds could be such a problem. Also in the times that I have dealt with your company not one representative discussed lengthening the amortization period. I'm hoping that this issue has allowed your company to look at the processes that happen with your representatives and your marketing department. I think more disclosure on the part of the representative regarding the loan details before the paperwork is sent for signature is essential.
