Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The online app did not save all uploaded information and time was spent regathering all of the information once at the office. My comment regarding unanswered calls: I called the direct office 6 times in 4 hours and received no call backs. I then called the customer service number and was told they couldn't help me and best thing to do was drive directly to the office. I did - across to the other side of the city. I never did get a call back from my voice messages. Other than that I think the guy messed up my application with the "LPP" (discussion between him and his manager), but to my benefit - I now have to call back after first payment and cancel it, costing me the 54$+ of the first payment. Other than that I am glad Easyfinancial could help me!
