Thank you for leaving a review and bringing this matter to our attention, we apologize for the experience. The pre-Approval for a loan is a soft credit check that is done to get to the pre-approval stage. This means if you decided to not take that increase the soft check that was done would not affect your credit, in this case you did proceed with taking the loan (increase) so there would be a hard credit check done to getting to completely approved to take the loan (increase).
