easyfinancial has tried to reach out to this customer via email and phone calls but we were unable to reach the customer. easyfinancial did review the applications to gain a better understanding of the situation. The customer was inquiring about different amounts, also deciding between a secured loan and a personal loan. These are different products that have different amounts that you can be qualified for. The customer ended up only being qualifed for the amount that she recieved. If the customer has any questions she can call the customer service team at 1-888-502-3279.
