Thanks for the feedback and delighted you like the robe. We did actually send the robe out on the 23rd of July, 4 days after the order was placed. Embroidered items do take a bit longer than plain items and we did out best to get it to you in good time. We do ask for a signature on expensive items as this means we can claim from the courier company should it goes missing. If we leave the robe without a signature then the courier company won`t compensate us and the customer will also want a replacement, meaning towelsrus are left to foot the bill, even though we have sent the goods out as requested.
