thanks for the feedback and I`m sorry you were not happy with the robe. We do offer two qualities of egyptian robe and the value is not as good as the luxury. However it is half the price and in general our customers feel the robe does offer good value for money. Very sorry to about the problem when opening the robe on Christmas Day. It's not normal for the robes to be like this and this must of slipped through the net at our factory. I will pass your comments on as this is not acceptable. I'm happy to exchange the robe if you want or if you have cut the threads to make the robe as it should be then will offer you a 50% refund.
