I`ve looked at the order and we have embroidered it exactly as instructed. You have ordered two sarongs each with both names on. What you should of done was ordered one sarong with one Harriett and then the other with Lucielle. Obviously we had no way of knowing that you did not want both names on each sarong. I`m happy to send another towel out or issue a refund. We actually sent the turbie out on the 18th of December with the Royal Mail, but It would appear to be lost. Please confirm either way.
