make sure the tyres are pumped up .
make sure that if a client request a vehicle at 8 o'clock in the morning, it does not get delivered after 9!!!!

The total cost of the bill should be calculated online prior to purchasing for more transparency. The surcharges unexpectedly add up which is very frustrating when picking up the car.

All additional charges and extra's are indicated on our website and is also stipulated by our consultants on our correspondence to our Clients thereafter.
We are an online booking agent and unable to add all extra's to the total amount payable as only the vehicle charges are paid to us, the extra's are all payable direct to the Supplier upon collection.
found a good rental deal, better than what I could find online. The booking was a bit awkward -- had to send photographs of my credit card etc but ultimately I was very happy with the final rental...
