Thank you for your feedback with regards to your rental.
We have followed up and can confirm that the Claremont & Rondebosch branches for this Supplier have merged which caused some confusion with the call centre and the incorrect address that was then issued on your voucher. The contact number was however correct and I trust that someone was able to assist you telephonically with the correct directions. We apologise for the miscommunication.
With regards to the air-conditioning, we are aware that it sometimes takes a while to kick in especially on bigger vehicles in the heat and we do apologise for any inconveniences experienced. We have however notified the Supplier to submit a check and correct if it is an actual fault with the air-conditioner unit and thank you for notifying us.
