Thanks for you feedback.
When you buy a policy from us you should receive 2 emails. The first is the payment confirmation email from SagePay. The second should be your policy documents.
Sometimes email providers will put this in your spam folder because the policy wording is attached in PDF format.
We have resent your policy documents via the email you provided, if you still do not receive it, please call the office on 01483 562 662 and we'll print out a copy and send it in the post for you.
