Hi, Thank you for your feedback.
I've spoken to Charlie about this and he apologises for getting your partner's name wrong.
The reason your policy took a little longer to process was because Charlie had to refer some of the specifics to underwriters to see if it was covered by the policy, basically to ensure that you were not purchasing a policy that was unsuitable for your needs. This does take a little longer and not something that all wedding insurance companies are willing to do.
As you were upgrading your policy from the free BBRA policy there was no danger of you running out of time to register as it would be covered under the full Dreamsaver policy as normal as the time limit only applies to the attire only policy.
I hope that clears up any confusion and that you have a fantastic wedding day.

The point is that we will not have received the service until the wedding has happened, by which time we'll know whether we've had to make a claim and whether the service is any good. So please ask me later.

The service we are requesting feedback on is the service you received during the sale of the policy either via the website or by calling the office. Any claims are dealt with by the claims handlers and therefore subject to their own reviews and procedures.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and I will see if I can amend the emails sent out to make it clearer what precisely we are asking feedback for.
