Can't understand why when I (the bride) organised and paid for the insurance it has all been sent through in the grooms name. Very sexist !

Thank you for your feedback. Our system takes the details of the first person that was inputted when purchasing the policy as the "Lead Person" and communications are then addressed to them. We can quickly and easily change this for you and make yourself the lead person and addressee of future communications. But that's just not true, I entered my details first as I was sorting the insurance, your system then automatically sends emails, policy details etc out to the groom's name.
I'm getting emails to my account with the grooms name on them, just bizarre!
