I am sorry to hear your plants did not arrive. According to our courier tracking the parcel was refused and is being returned to us. I can see the order has been replaced and more plants should arrive shortly.

We apologise for any inconvience caused by the delay with the Prunus incisa Kojou-no-mai tree. Seasonal conditions vary and plants sometimes throw up surprises even for our professional growers. Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch and this may not be quite as originally planned. We do ensure that any significant changes to the estimated dispatch of our products are passsed onto our customers so they are made aware of any delays.
