We apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused during your order, we can confirm the D5942 Corded Pole Chainsaw is not advertised as an Oregon chainsaw and the Garden Gear brand can be seen on the main body of the product in the images on our website. The images of the chains are for illustration purposes as these are now also supplied by Garden Gear. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

We supply live products and make sure our customers receive their plants in excellent condition and at the optimum stage of development for growing on successfully. It is sometimes necessary to despatch plants a little earlier or later than originally planned and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Apologies that the response was slower than expected, our couriers had stated that they had delivered your order and therefore an investigation had to be raised. We have now arranged your refund and apologise for the problems you have had with this order. In relation to your request, we can see that you have been removed from our mailing lists however if the offers were already in the pipeline these ones will have still be sent out, you should then receive no further communication from ourselves.
