I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the size of the plants and if they were not all despatched together. I can see the majority of your plants sent within 2-3 days of ordering but there was one component of the order that did follow on later so I do apologise. You may be confusing us with another company Dobbies. We are Dobies and are mail order only. Dobbies are a completely different company and are a chain of garden centres.
