We are so sorry to hear that our service fell short on this occasion. We aim to keep our customers as informed as possible providing delay notifications if products need more time to be in the best condition for dispatch. We are sure to provide a dispatch notification with your tracking number upon dispatch to ensure you know when your parcel is on the way and can track this to your delivery address. We apologise for the delay in supplying your order and for the frustration caused, seasonal conditions vary and plants sometimes throw up surprises even for professional growers. Although we try to stick as closely as possible to published despatch dates, we believe that the most important thing is to send plants out as soon as they are in prime condition for despatch and this may not be quite as originally planned.

We are sorry to hear of the issues experienced with your order on this occasion Peter, this is disappointing and certainly not the service we strive to provide. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and hope you will give us another chance in the future.
