Thank you for taking the time after your holiday to discuss the mix up at the beginning of your holiday. We would like to apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the incorrect date on the email you received. Our investigation into this mix up found that the information on your travel documents showed the correct date and times. However, an earlier email your received from us indicated an incorrect date.
