Generally great but I was promised I would receive a confirmation for my booking directly but needed to call the next morning. But very good service like last year.

They answered all my questions and found out the answers very quickly and informed me of cost of extras I enquired about.

Face to face meeting at the office with Lauren who was very pleasant and helpful and gave us lots of information. We booked the New Zealand/Australia tour with her at the meeting.
