Good Afternoon Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As with all professional qualifications, learners have to meet the level-appropriate standards set by the awarding organisations. Our Assessors are obliged to provide learners with constructive feedback to support them in achieving these standards. We provide comprehensive inductions offering level-specific guidance on the expectations and standards required, and learners can book one-to-one calls to discuss any of the points further. Learners can complete activities (which is a free attempt at writing for assessment), and then they are graded on a pass or refer basis. A pass will always continue suggestions for improvements, and any errors that would be a refer in future work submissions will be highlighted as in a first submission, the assessor will not refer you for minor errors unless dictated by the awarding organisation. Learners are able to access unlimited support and guidance during their studies, so we are sorry that you feel this has not been available to you. With an experienced support team and a well-established education team, we aim to provide the most appropriate channels and methods of support for each learner. Learners will always be provided with the opportunity to change their course; however, associated fees, such as registration, would need to be covered by the learner as the original fee will have already been paid to the awarding organisation. This fee would be waived if DLC Training has not met our required standards. Your main point of contact is Abbey in Study Support. Please call 0800 012 6770 (option 1) any time to speak directly with Abbey or the Support team. You can also email the team directly (abbey.forrest@dlctraining.co.uk or ioscmsupport@dlctraining.co.uk) For the education team, as you are aware, you have a subject matter expert tutor for each unit of study. You can email them directly or via the education team email address. Within feedback they will also share their calendar link so you can schedule calls with them. We endeavour to respond to emails within 3 working days so please do not hesitate to call the team if you require a quicker response. If you have any communication issues with any member of the team, please contact the Study Support team on 0800 012 6770 (via our main reception). Hi Krunal, We are very sorry to hear you had an issue joining one of our group induction sessions. Group inductions are hosted frequently by members of the Support and Education team to welcome new learners to their course and introduce the key information, guidance and requirements they need to be aware of. In the booking confirmation link there should be contact information in case of an issue with the meeting. We would not intentionally leave a learner unable to join a group induction as we know what an important part of successful online study this session is. As with all technology, there are occasions when something goes wrong. We always endeavour to contact any learners we are aware had scheduled a place on the group induction. I can see that both Abbey and Tracey contacted you advising of the issue with Zoom were users were unable to enter the meeting and provided you the details to join another session or schedule a one-to-one session instead.
