We’re really pleased to hear that you found the tutor support helpful and that our team made you feel welcome and supported throughout your studies. You can contact your tutor as much as you like during your course and attend as many inductions as you like. Whether for guidance on research, resources, or simply to talk through your next steps, they’re always there to help. Thank you for your feedback regarding the workbooks. The workbooks used are from the institute that awards the course you have completed, and we’ll ensure this is shared with the institute. In addition to the workbooks it is key that learners utilise the online resources provided to them through their membership, as these resources are designed by subject matter experts to provide a modern, accessible, and comprehensive coverage of the topics covered within each unit. All assessments, including any resubmissions, are returned within 10 working days. This is standard across all courses we deliver to ensure all submissions are marked within a time that’s reasonable for both our tutors and learners. It’s great to know that now you have experienced distance learning, you feel more confident moving forward — and we’d be delighted to welcome you back to DLC Training in the future! Regarding access to additional online book resources, students are encouraged to use Google Scholar, which provides a broad range of scholarly articles and references. However, we recognise the value of offering even more comprehensive support, and are currently exploring additional online resources to enhance the range of materials available to our learners. With this being high on our priority list, we aim to expand our offering very soon!
