When you enrol on the course, you’re invited to join a group induction session with other new learners. This session is designed to help you get started and allows our support team to answer any initial questions you may have. Following this, the support team provide you with their direct contact information, along with details on how to reach your tutor. You can also join future inductions, should you need a refresher on the introductory information. After this induction, you are invited to attend a live ZIPS session, providing your tutor with the opportunity to discuss the course with you and setting you up for the best possible start on your learning journey. Our support team is dedicated to supporting learners throughout their studies and will contact you regularly to check in and ensure you have everything you need. You are also welcome to get in touch with the team at any time and can arrange to speak with your tutor as often as you wish.
