here is message from our agent in Perth, WA
"Please accept our sincere apologies. I have spoken with the florist and florist advises that the flowers were dispatched according to her records. It is not known what happened after that as it was a very busy period and due to the elapsed time would be very difficult to try and find out what happened.
The florist is extremely sorry that something has gone wrong and will refund the full value and would also like to send a complimentary bunch of flowers and apology to Sherry Frew.
The refund will be processed by our office but that may take a couple of days to go through the banking system. Please let me know in due course if there are any problems with that.
