Sorry to hear that you have not received your apron. This is the first we have heard about this problem. Your order was sent out on the 19th November. I will track it with our courier, and let you know what has happened to it later today. If it has been lost in transit we will send a new apron out.

Thank you for providing valuble feedback. After our original phone call we removed the box from our website that said you qualified for free delivery, as it did not take into account the VAT. I have checked your account, and a credit was done on the 15th Nov for the carriage. It does not appear to have gone back onto your card though. I will contact you today to arrange this.
