very helpful and polite customer service, despite bad weather- we still got our goods and rectified the one issue we had, which was done in good grace and are fully appreciative!!

The person I spoke to about it on the phone before I sent my order was extremely helpful and went away to measure it for me and was able to give me accurate information about the fabric etc

Sorry to hear that you have not received your apron. This is the first we have heard about this problem. Your order was sent out on the 19th November. I will track it with our courier, and let you know what has happened to it later today. If it has been lost in transit we will send a new apron out.
