Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. I have just spoken with the delivery team. They have written on their notes that you had requested an earlier delivery appointment if one did become available. Due to another cancellation that morning this was then possible, and they drivers decided to take the chance to see if you were home for this early delivery. I did mention to them a phone call on the way of course should of occurred. Please note white glove delivery does not literally mean the drivers will wear white gloves. It refers to the service provided to receive products that require special care during processing, delivery and set up, removal of packaging and so forth. Kindest Regards Debbie
