When you requested to delay the delivery, we were happy to assist by holding the rug until you were available for collection, even though it was showing as 'dispatched'. We understand that this was a crucial matter, and we’re glad we could support you in that regard. The delivery service you selected at checkout was kerbside delivery, which only covers offloading the parcel to the curb. We do offer a white glove delivery service that includes bringing the item into your home, which may have been a better option if this assistance was needed. We apologise for any confusion about this. As for the rug not lying flat, we recommend adding some weight to it, as this should help it settle into place.
