Thank you very much for your feedback and your extremely valid comments with regard to the one man delivery service for such a large and heavy mirror. Although we do state in our delivery notification that it is a one man service, we clearly accept your point here. Our focus over the last couple of years has been to find the most caring and reliable delivery company and although Fragilistics do a fantastic job, they unfortunately do not currently offer a two man or "white glove" service. We are in constant discussion with them over this and your feedback is therefore very valuable. So sorry that we caused you such inconvenience, but pleased to hear that the mirror is a success.
