Mirror is fine delivery a different story

They did not ring my bell and I did not know my mirror had arrived. I was waiting for the delivery.Someone else took the mirror in. and left it on the main entrance. I live on the first floor.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Although we do state in our delivery notification that delivery is only to the ground floor, we do clearly understand your issue here.
That aside, you should have been contacted by Fragilistics via multiple text messages and an phone call before delivery, so we will be talking to them to see why this agreed procedure was not followed on this occasion.
