Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Julie I'm so sorry to hear that the paint has leaked during shipping. All of our paint tins go into a large machine that shakes them vigorously before they leave us, so if the lid was not secure at that time, we'd have quite a mess on our hands! Sadly if the drivers do not handle the parcels correctly, such as storing them on their side or dropping them rather than placing them down, this can cause the tins to leak. We have popped over an email to get some further information from yourself in regards to this so we can begin to action a resolution for you. If you need anything else in the meantime please let us know!
