Hi Gary, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm so sorry to hear you've not had the best experience on this occasion! Looking at your email thread I can see you were wanting to return a bespoke mixed product. Unfortunately, as outlined on our product page and returns page, we are not able to accept returns on bespoke mixes. We operate as a small business so unfortunately we don't have the facility to accept returns on these items, although we would love to. There are many reasons for this including the space it would take to store these returns which we sadly don't have, any potential damages that can occur while in transit with a courier that may not know how to correctly handle paint, and the environmental implication, as we can match over 19,000 shades so the likelihood of us reselling a shade in the specific finish is very low, meaning we would likely have to dispose of this unwanted paint. If we do not enforce our returns policy consistently it would not be fair to our other customers who have also bought a non returnable item and have since changed their mind. I know this may be frustrating to hear when you have bought an item and have since changed your mind or project direction, however, I hope you can understand why we have to enforce this at present. However, we will log your feedback and hopefully as we grow we will have the facility to accept these returns. If you need anything else in the meantime please let us know!
