They said there would be a £20 voucher to spend in Debenhams. This I have not received. I could have gone elsewhere for the insurance but this enticed me to use their company

The insurance was easy to understand, the claims were clearly stated.
Speed of response to e-mails is good initially.
...but policy was not set up correctly despite payment being taken and would not have been if I had not contacted Debenhams a month later!
