I am very sorry to learn that you had not been sent your Debenhams Gift Cards for either policy purchased.
Please ensure that you check your Junk/Spam folders for these as on rare occasions emails can be filtered there, and this may be the case as I note that you have used the same email address on both policies.
However, I am going to request for both Gift Cards to be sent to you via post to ensure that the issue is resolved for you.
