Haven't been away yet, so can't comment on that. However, the £10 discount promised for paying with the Debenhams CC wasn't taken off the price.

However, I can confirm that your policy qualified for a free £10 Debenhams Gift Card which will have been sent to you via email within sixty days from the date your policy was issued.

Certain discounts are often available to Debenhams card holders however this discount will not be automatically included without the entering of a discount code at the time of purchase. It may be the case that you had been issued with a discount code on your monthly statement.
