Good afternoon Keiran -- We are sorry to hear of your experience on this occasion. However, having consulted with the technician who made the visit to your property, the door was obsolete with obsolete parts. The framework of the door was also in poor condition and integral to the building with a suspected supporting asbestos roof which we would not be able to undertake such work to repair as would require a builder or similar.
